We guarantee that unless your kitten is healthy and approved by our cattery veterinarian, we will not send them home. We want to guarantee a pleasant, healthy adoption each and every time, thus we rely on the knowledge of our veterinarian team. We will vaccinate all of the kittens in our cattery until they are 12 weeks old, deworm them, and test them for FeLV (feline leukemia) and FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus). Before leaving our cattery, the kitten will be evaluated by our veterinarian, and it won't leave our house until the veterinarian certifies that it is healthy.
You are solely responsible for your kitten's health when you bring it home, and you have three days to get it to the vet to start care. In accordance with our contracts, it is crucial to feed your kitten the prescribed diet for at least two weeks and to properly wean them if you decide to switch their diet. Quarantining your new kitten from other pets for 14 days is also very crucial. Illness, stress, bowel movements, vomiting, etc., could arise from not doing all of the above. Owner carelessness or noncompliance with the signed contract are not FluffyManeMCO's responsibility. We love and care for our kittens very much, and we hope you will take good care of them.
In addition, we provide you with a free 30 day trial of Trupanion Pet Insurance for any sudden illness or injury after your kitten leaves our cattery. We will provide you with the information upon pick up. There is no deductible and no waiting period. Your kitten will be covered immediately once you call to provide Trupanion with our cattery code. We want to ensure that your kitten is covered until you can get coverage of your own.
